Edgetek™ REC PC Recycled Polycarbonate Solutions
Our Edgetek™ REC PC formulations contain 25-70% post-consumer recycled (PCR) or post-industrial recycled (PIR) content, expanding material solution options for achieving sustainability goals. Aimed at delivering environmental benefits such as reduced carbon footprint and lower energy consumption, these materials are formulated to perform and meet the growing desires of environmentally conscious consumers.
This portfolio offers six PCR and six PIR grades with glass filler levels from 10 to 30%. Several of these perform on par with virgin PC. Each is customizable, delivering high-performance polymer formulations to meet even the most demanding applications for electrical and electronics, consumer goods and transportation. Commercially available in Asia, the solutions are RoHS and REACH compliant to support applications with regulatory requirements.
