HyGuard® - Fully controllable shelf life extension

HyGuard® is ColorMatrix’s game-changing oxygen barrier system, engineered to enable fully recyclable, fully protective PET packaging for oxygen sensitive beverages and foods.

The technology is activiated only once the container closure is applied allowing maximum longevity in preform/container storage. Shelf life can be adjusted and controlled according to specific applications up to and beyond 24 months if required.

 

 

Amosorb® oxygen scavengers

ColorMatrix’s Amosorb® range of oxygen scavenging technologies are used extensively throughout the global PET container industry for extending shelf-life of oxygen sensitive beverages and foods including juices, dairy products, RTD teas, tomato-based products and wines.

Our latest Amosorb® SolO2 technologies combine an active oxygen scavenger with a passive CO2 barrier and, where required a color, offering a single product, high performance solution for the global beer market.
