Excelite® Foaming Agent for PVC Sheet

Another first for ColorMatrix is in liquid dispersed foaming agents for PVC Sheet is Excelite® which promotes better cell structure and lower densities whilst maintaining performance and physical properties.

Exceptional control of pigment particle size and a slight lubricating effect on the liquid carrier reduces abrasion during extrusion and post-processing. This assists the production process, creates more consistent color performance and gives a smoother surface finish. For printed applications, this allows for significant improvements in print quality to be achieved.

Pigments and dyes are specifically selected to ensure maximum UV, light and weather fastness. Highly accurate dosing at low addition rates also provides exceptional color uniformity and greater processing flexibility.

ColorMatrix's technologies for extrusion perform on single, twin screw, parallel and conical extruders. ColorMatrix promote heavy metal-free formulations for PVC applications.
