Originating from Italy and following a successful career in hospitality and advertising, Claudia joined ColorMatrix Europe in 2001 as Marketing Coordinator responsible for business development, public relations and the coordination of conferences / exhibitions. Claudia later progressed to a Customer Relations Coordinator before being promoted to Customer Relations Manager.
In her current role Claudia is responsible for the sales order process and ensuring customer satisfaction at all times. Claudia encourages her team of five to always go the extra mile for customers, a trait recognised in 2007 when the team was awarded Customer Service Team of the Year amidst heavy competition including Halifax and NatWest.
When asked what she enjoys most about working for ColorMatrix, Claudia says:
'working within a vibrant, multicultural company with ongoing development, I also enjoy the freedom I am given'
Peter Dewhurst - Quality Manager / Best Practice

Having graduated with a degree in Applied Chemistry, Peter had been working as a Laboratory Technician prior to joining ColorMatrix Europe in 1998, where he was originally employed as a Quality Control Technician.
When asked what kept him at ColorMatrix, Peter replied:
'Career progression and the prospect of constantly trying something new, and the opportunity to further my education, I have just successfully completing a part time MBA which the Company sponsored'
During his career with ColorMatrix Peter progressed from Quality Control Technician, to Materials Manager and then to Process Engineering Manager before reaching his current dual role. Peter currently spends 50% of his time as Quality Manager with overall responsibility for quality assurance for ColorMatrix Europe and 50% as Global Best Practice Manager. In his global role Peter is part of a team targeted with delivering best practice manufacturing and consistency across all ColorMatrix sites.
Luc DePauw - Business Analyst

Working closely with the Pricing and Contracts Manager and Financial Controller, within his role as Business Analyst, Luc is responsible for accurately monitoring the contribution margin and providing in depth analysis and recommendations regarding performance and opportunities for improvement. Luc is also responsible for managing key projects.
When asked what kinds of projects he supports, Luc replied:
'I previously supported the set up and launch or our Russian office and currently I am supporting the DosiXpress roll out and the development of improved reports through Oracle Discoverer'
Born in Belgium, Luc has spent time working in various countries including Canada, predominately in finance related roles following receipt of his AAT certificate, however prior to that Luc trained as a chef!
Since joining ColorMatrix Europe in 2002 Luc has worked both
with financial and operational teams, and when asked what he enjoys
about ColorMatrix responded:
'I like the strategy and values - the business never slows
down, we are always looking for improvement, it can be challenging
but never boring!'
